HISTORY OF THE SANDI HOUSE

The www.SandiHouse.org was founded in 2012 by Brian Kluth, family, friends, and generous supporters as a certified 501©3 charity.  The work is expanding to other places through a second nonproft that we are calling www.HealthyCharity.org.  Both charities operated under the ECFA-certification of Faith & Learning International.  

Your  #BetterForever donations will provide life-giving, life-changing and #life-saving #RealHelp to #RealPeople to meet #RealNeeds in Uganda, Africa.

#RealHelp is provided to needy African children, orphans, families, women/widows, schools, and leaders in communities that have connections to St. Paul’s School in Rukungiri, Uganda, East Africa.  St. Paul's Christian school provides a quality education and is academically ranked #1 out of 17 area schools and #90 of out of over 6,000 schools in the country!  #HealthyCharity inititives will also help reach other areas.

The Sandi House 124-bed girl’s dormitory at St. Paul’s was built by family and friends as a tribute to the life, love, and legacy of SANDI KLUTH, who went to heaven after an 8-year cancer journey in 2010 (click for photos and videos of Sandi). Sandi’s husband, Brian, remarried in 2013 and he and his wife, Mary Ellen, volunteer their time every year to return to African to provide valuable help to children and people in need through the help of generous and caring donors who give to this work.

Since 2012, over $1,000,000 has been donated by generous and caring people to build the 124-bed Sandi House, provide #SandiGirlSponsorships for needy girls and orphans, expand school facilities, purchase computers and equipment, provide #IMAGINE Clean Water filters, help working women/widows, conduct leadership training events, solar lamps, and more.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Many Sandi House supporters make donations in honor or memory of a loved one (i.e. grandchild, child, parent, or others who are or were special in their life).  When making an online donation there is a button to click to make your gift in honor or memory of a loved one or special person in your life.

Brian and Mary Ellen Kluth volunteer their time, cover their own travel costs, and receive no compensation for their services on behalf of this charity. They personally cover out-of-pocket travel costs to maximize the impact of people’s donations to help make lives #BetterForever. 

Both the SandiHouse.org and HealthyCharity.org were founded by the Kluth family and are 501©3 non-profit projects under the umbrella of the National Christian Foundation (The Share the Light Fund) and Trustbridge Global (The Share the Light Fund).
